A founding member of Strollers C.C, Macca is also the team´s reliable gloveman. One of the Strollers most capped players, Macca is a fierce competitor who is justifiably proud of his low byes conceded record. He is frequently called into action to make gravity defining stops to Strollers wayward bowling, and on the few occasions a batsman gets a nick, rarely puts a catch down.
Macca has made useful lower order runs for the team on several occasions, at times surprising onlookers with cameo strokeplay which invokes memories of David Gower in his heyday.
Never misses the opportunity to combine cricket with golf or football, and despite cricket not being his natural sport, he is always one of the first names on the teamsheet. A true team player.
