Mark Fletcher 
A cunning spin bowler who is certainly not afraid to "give the ball some air". Though batsmen´s eyes might light up on seeing the ball thrown up into orbit they often return to the pavilion soon after, tail between their legs, stumped having charged down the wicket, swung and missed.
Mark is also a handy batsman who is perhaps
handicapped by his insistence on using a "trusty" 18th century bat. Would surely score the runs his strokeplay often deserves if his sweetly timed cover drives could get off the square. That said, he has a worrying tendency to be dismissed by his sons, though might with justification argue he also has their number having sussed their weaknesses out in garden cricket.
A constant source of jovial banter in the field, Mark and Debbie Fletcher are also proud Honorary Life Members of the Strollers, having superbly hosted and catered for various Strollers fixtures.
