Rob Tinline

The Player's Player in 2004, Rob was widely recognised as having an epic season. He capped it all with a performance at Folkestone worthy of the Strollers annals - three wickets, twenty runs, a catch and the first one up the sea barrier afterwards.

Consistent and hardworking when directly involved in play, "Tingle's" main weakness is in the field, where he can let sloth overcome him. To rectify this weakness, he completed the 2004 London marathon, and the team expect to see a rejuvenated outfielder.

When not playing for the Strollers, Rob works on counter-terrorism for the government. We feel in safe hands.
